1. Sponsor
The giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by MILITAUR, located at 431B 41st Avenue NE, Calgary, Alberta T2E2N1 ("Sponsor"). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform or third-party platform used for promotion.

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States (excluding California and any jurisdictions where the Giveaway is prohibited by law) who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state/province/territory of residence as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Participants must subscribe to Sponsor’s marketing and email list to enter. By entering, participants agree to remain subscribed for the duration of the Giveaway and until the winner is selected and notified.

3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on November 29th, 2024, at 12:00 AM and ends on December 2nd, 2024, at 12:00 AM ("Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
Participants must subscribe to Sponsor’s email list during the Giveaway Period to be eligible. Existing email subscribers are automatically entered into the Giveaway. Limit of one (1) entry per email address during the Giveaway Period. No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter without subscribing to the email list, participants may email an entry with their name, address, phone number, and email address to customerservice@militaur.com. Email entries must be received by the Giveaway deadline, December 2nd, 2024, at 12:00 AM.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a MILITAUR Magnet Catch ($59.00 USD), a MILITAUR Hanger ($35.00 USD), MILITAUR Molle Loop Sticks ($10.00 USD), a three-pack of First Responder Door Stops ($20.00 USD), three Do Not Remove Straps ($9.00 USD), MILITAUR Strap Keepers ($20.00 USD), a MILITAUR Tumbler ($28.00 USD), and five MILITAUR Stickers and five MILITAUR Patches, valued at approximately $201.00 USD ("Prize"). The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if the original Prize is unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about December 3rd, 2024, by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway. The potential winner will be notified via the email provided during subscription within 7 days of the drawing and must respond within 7 days to claim the Prize. If the potential winner does not respond within the required time, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Legal Requirements for Winners
Canadian residents (excluding Quebec) may be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to claim the Prize, as required by Canadian law. U.S. residents may need to provide a W-9 form for tax reporting purposes if required. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or other costs associated with accepting the Prize.

8. Release and Publicity
By entering, participants agree to release Sponsor, its affiliates, and any related entities from liability for any claims, damages, or injuries associated with participation or acceptance of the Prize. The winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Participants agree to receive marketing emails and updates from Sponsor as a condition of entry. Participants can unsubscribe at any time after the Giveaway ends.

10. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for any reason, including violation of these Official Rules, tampering, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

11. Compliance with Laws
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations. Residents of Quebec, California, and any jurisdiction where the Giveaway is prohibited or where additional legal requirements cannot be met are excluded from participation. Any disputes arising out of this Giveaway will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada.

12. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries, or for any technical, human, or other errors that may occur during the administration of the Giveaway or the announcement of the Prize.

13. Miscellaneous
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice if any factor interferes with the proper conduct of the Giveaway, as determined in its sole discretion.
