SHIPPING: 

We offer free shipping on all orders over  $100.00 USD anywhere in North America.  All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.  Shipping timelines are 3-7 business days in North America.  We offer tracking for all orders. All shipping is based on product availability. 

All orders must be shipped to a valid physical street address. Orders placed with P.O. boxes or third party freight forwarder addresses may be cancelled and refunded.

USA 

Shipping on Orders under 100.00 USD is approximately $6.00-$15.00 USD.

Carriers: USPS or UPS

Canada 

All Canadian orders under $100.00 USD have a shipping rate calcuated at check out based on Canada Posts real time rates, however, we are currently utilizing other carriers such as Purolator, DHL, Fedex, Canpar while Canada Post is on strike.

International (Australia, UK, EU)

We are pleased to offer international shipping to Australia, EU and UK through Passport Shipping. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Customers will be required to pay all applicable duties and taxes and shipping costs at checkout. Please note that for some countries, our prices may be displayed in U.S. dollars.

Who handles your international shipping?

We ship all our international orders with Passport, our trusted third-party international shipping carrier. Passport has a number of shipping partners around the world that handle your localdelivery and ensure your package arrives safely and quickly.

To create a better delivery experience for you, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs.
Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.

Shipping timelines:

International orders are typically delivered within 8 -14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your shipping confirmation email. 

If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.

IMPORTANT: 

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes can be made to orders once submitted and we are unable to cancel or modify an order once fulfilled and in transit.

Please ensure you provide your full shipping address at check out. Please provide a complete residential or business address to ensure you receive your order. If your address is incomplete or incorrect, additional shipping charges will apply to reship your order. We do not ship to PO boxes.  For more information, please see our refund and exchange policy.

What to Do if You Provided the Wrong Address and Your Order Has Shipped

If you realize that you provided the wrong address for your order and it has already shipped, follow these steps to try to correct the situation:

Contact the Shipping Carrier Immediately

As soon as you realize the error, contact the shipping carrier handling your package. Provide them with your tracking number and explain the situation.

Request a redirect of your package to the correct address. Some carriers offer this service for a fee. Check for Available Options Online

Many shipping carriers have online tools that allow you to update the delivery address or hold the package at a nearby location for pickup. Check the carrier’s website for such options.

Reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. While we cannot always intercept a package after it has shipped, we may be able to assist or provide additional guidance based on the carrier’s policies.

Track Your Package

Keep a close eye on your package's tracking information. This will help you know where your package is at all times and assist in redirecting it if needed.

Wait for Return to Sender

If the carrier is unable to redirect the package, it may be returned to us as the sender. Once we receive the returned package, we will notify you via email.

You can then provide the correct address, and we can reship the item to you at an additional shipping cost. *Please note that additional shipping charges will apply.

By acting quickly and following these steps, you can increase the chances of successfully redirecting your package to the correct address.

Responsibility of Correct Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of purchase. Please double-check your address to ensure all information is correct.

Returned to Sender Due to Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be notified via email.

Shipping fees will be applied to resend the shipment.
