We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a residential or business address.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.00 USD anywhere in North America. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping timelines are 3-7 business days in North America. We offer tracking for all orders. All shipping is based on product availability.
All orders with incomplete addresses and are "returned to sender" due to inaccurate shipping information can pay for shipping a second time to have their items reshipped to the correct/complete shipping address. Please check your shipping address to ensure it is accurate so that you can receive your shipment timely and avoid paying extra for shipping.

SIZING CHART FOR THE VENTILATION VEST
HOW DOES THE VENTILATION VEST WORK?
The MILITAUR Ventilation Vest is created out of a light weight honeycomb mesh that allows air to freely circulate while reducing perspiration and moisture. The Vest creates a spacer between your body armor and your undershirt so that your body armor is no longer against your body. This creates airflow and breathability keeping your body cooler and more comfortable.
IS THE MILITAUR VENTILATION VEST A BALLISTIC VEST?
No. The MILITAUR Vest is similar to a undershirt to help with comfort and breathability. It creates space between your body armor and your undershirt so that you feel cooler and are able to create airflow between the two.
MILITAUR Ventilation Vest is not for protection and is similar to products such as moisture wicking shirts. Our vest provides comfort and airflow.
It provides no ballistic protection. Our product does not replace your personal protective equipment and does not act as a carrier for ballistic panels.
HOW TO WEAR AND CARE FOR YOUR COOLING VEST
The MILITAUR Ventilation Vest is to be worn over your shirt and under your body armor, sports equipment, weighted vest or airsoft equipment. The vest is not intended to be worn over the skin. In addition, do not put a shirt over the vest as this will prevent airflow.
In order to wash your ventilation vest, put it in the washing machine (cold), hand wash or simply rinse it; once washed hang-up to air dry. The MILITAUR Ventilation Vest never needs to go into the dryer.
The Ventilation Vest can be worn for a few sets of shifts before needing to go into the washer as moisture doesn’t tend to absorb in the vest.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I REPLACE MY VEST?
We recommend replacing your ventilation vest yearly if you wear it regularly.
IS THE MILITAUR VENTILATION VEST WORN ONLY WHEN IT IS HOT?
MILITAUR Ventilation Vest can be worn year-round.
It helps you stay cooler and dry in the hot months, and drier and warmer in the cold months.
The MILITAUR Ventilation Vest helps with airflow under your sports gear, body armor, airsoft equipment, weighted vests. and other gear while keeping the user comfortable.
We designed and created the jam from on the job experience as we are first responders ourselves. As cops, we'd be racing into buildings and often trying to prop the door with mail or a rock to help get through the door. So we wanted to make something that was convenient and easy to carry. These door jams are to be used and abused and end up being left behind at the scene. That is why we made them primarily as a three pack so that if these bad boys are left behind it's no biggie.
These are Door Stops made out of TPE Rubber. They are NOT MAGICAL in any way and if you take them to hell and back they can be damaged, lost, stolen and break depending on use.
TIP: If you are worried about them being snatched, throw them on top of the door (harder to reach) or the hinge of a door where its not overly visible.
Squish/Squeeze the ends/arms of the door jam to create a tighter and snug fit.
At MILITAUR, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase you make. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Within 30 days of receipt, if you are not satisfied you can receive a refund (minus shipping) upon a product-return. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with confirmation of receipt.

Proof of Purchase:
To initiate a return, you must provide a valid proof of purchase. This includes a sales receipt, order confirmation email, or any other document that clearly indicates the date and details of your purchase. Without proper proof of purchase, we are unable to process your return request.
For customers who have purchased our products through third-party retailers or resellers, we kindly ask you to contact the retailer or reseller directly for their return policy. We are unable to accept returns for products that were not purchased directly from MILITAUR. The retailer or reseller will be responsible for handling any returns or exchanges in accordance with their own policies.
Timeframe for Returns:
Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return.
Condition of the Item:
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged. Please ensure that all packaging, tags, and accessories are included with the returned item. Any products that have been used, altered, or damaged may not be eligible for a refund.

Provide them with the necessary details, including your proof of purchase and the reason for the return. Our customer support representatives will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if deemed eligible.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that the returned item is appropriately packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items:
