Where do you ship from?
We ship from Canada to our Canadian customers. We ship all USA and International orders from the USA.
Why do I see an additional fee on my credit card statement?
Some banks and credit card providers charge international transaction or processing fees. These fees are charged by your financial institution and not by MILITAUR. Please contact your bank or credit card provider for details regarding their fee structure.
In some cases, banks and credit card companies will associate their international transaction or processing fees alongside our company name on your credit card statement. These fees are NOT charged by MILITAUR and are instead charged directly by your bank, credit union, or credit card provider.
We recommend contacting your bank or credit union to confirm their international processing fee structure and determine exactly what fees may apply to your account.
As we are located in North America, we do not have visibility into or control over the fees charged by financial institutions in other regions or countries.
Can I use multiple discount codes?

How Does the Vest work?
The MILITAUR Ventilation Vest is created out of a light weight honeycomb mesh that allows air to freely circulate to help with airflow. The Vest creates a spacer between your carrier/body armor and your undershirt so that your carrier is no longer against your body. This circulation helps you feel a breeze when it occurs. The vest's effectiveness may vary from person to person.

It may not provide the same level of comfort or benefit for everyone.
Is the Adjustable MILITAUR Ventilation Vest a ballistic vest?
No. The Adjustable MILITAUR Ventilation Vest is similar to a undershirt to help with comfort and breathability. It creates space between your body armor and your undershirt so that you feel cooler and are able to create airflow between the two.
MILITAUR Ventilation Vest is not for protection and is similar to products such as moisture wicking shirts. Our vest provides comfort and airflow.
It provides no ballistic protection. Our product does not replace your personal protective equipment and does not act as a carrier for ballistic panels.
How do I wear and care for my Ajustable Ventilation Vest?
The MILITAUR Ventilation Vest is to be worn over your shirt and under your body armor, sports equipment, weighted vest or airsoft equipment. The vest is not intended to be worn over the skin. In addition, do not put a shirt over the vest as this will prevent airflow.
In order to wash your ventilation vest, put it in the washing machine (cold), hand wash or simply rinse it; once washed hang-up to air dry. The MILITAUR Ventilation Vest never needs to go into the dryer.
The Ventilation Vest can be worn for a few sets of shifts before needing to go into the washer as moisture doesn’t tend to absorb in the vest.
How often should I replace my Adjustable Ventilation Vest?
We recommend replacing your ventilation vest yearly if you wear it regularly.
Is the Adjustable Ventilation Vest worn only when it is hot?
The Adjustable MILITAUR Ventilation Vest can be worn year-round.
It helps you stay cooler and dry in the hot months, and drier and warmer in the cold months.
How were the MILITAUR First Responder Door Stops developed?
We designed and created the jam from on the job experience as we are first responders ourselves. As cops, we'd be racing into buildings and often trying to prop the door with mail or a rock to help get through the door. So we wanted to make something that was convenient and easy to carry.
Why do you sell them in a 3 pack?
Our door jams are made from a durable rubber material, but like any rubber product, they are not indestructible. On heavier doors, we recommend using two door jams together to help distribute the load and provide additional holding power. Common setups include placing two on the top of the door, or one on the side and another on the top or hinge side.
Selling them in a 3-pack gives users the flexibility to secure heavier doors, keep spares on hand, or stage multiple doors when needed.
Can these doorstops break?
Yes. Our door stops are made from a durable rubber material, but they are not indestructible. Excessive force, extremely heavy doors, sharp door edges, or allowing a door to close forcefully on the door stop can cause damage.
For heavier doors, we recommend using two or even three door stops to help distribute the load and reduce stress on the product. Regularly inspecting your door stops and ensuring they are properly positioned will help maximize their lifespan.
TIP: If you are worried about them being snatched, throw them on top of the door (harder to reach) or the hinge of a door where its not overly visible.
Squish/Squeeze the ends/arms of the door jam to create a tighter and snug fit.
